TAILWINDS PET RESORT FEATURES a state-of-the-art facility, completely innovative in design and function and is known as the first “outside the box” full-service pet resort. Our buildings have been designed to reduce noise levels and the pet resort is the first of its kind in the downtown Phoenix area.

• Each building is self-sufficient, with full-service kitchens and laundry service.
This allows our staff to spend more time checking on our pet guests.
• Each building has its own air conditioning unit. If one unit requires service, we
can move our pet guests to ensure their comfort and safety.
• The entire facility has fire protection and monitoring.
• The entire facility is alarmed and monitored.
• We’ve installed security cameras throughout the facility which are monitored.
• Each building where we care for our pet guests has a special epoxy flooring
system, so our pet guests do not have to lie on cold damp concrete and its
non porous finish keeps unwelcomed bacteria from taking residence.
• Our beautiful building design includes glass block for natural light and copper
roofs.
• Baffled insulation and an oval design of the roofs provide noise control.
• Our park style landscape features playground equipment and a play pool.
