Grooming Services
The following services are offered, though rates are determined, by breed, size, cut, and condition as well as whether the appointment is Salon, Drop-Off or Mobile. Please call for an estimate.

Temperament test
A one-time, $10.00 fee is required to perform a temperament test by one of our staff specialists to ensure the safety of your Pet, our other pet guests and our staff.
BIOSPOT
If your Pet is found to have fleas or ticks, you authorize their removal at an additional expense. We will treat your Pet with BIOSPOT. This is a topical product which kills and repels fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes for up to 45 days. Exclusions to this will be puppies less than 6 months and kittens less than 12 weeks of age or pet guests with a written veterinarian excuse.
A canine BIOSPOT application fee is $8.00
A feline BIOSPOT application fee is $6.00
INCLUDED SERVICES
Each Room selection includes all services described below. Please see our detailed Rate Sheet for a comparison to our competitor’s rates for the same services we include at no extra charge. It is significantly less.

• Day Care activities
• Individual Play time if not participating in Day Care activities (2 to 3 times at
least 20 minutes or more each time)• Medication administration
• Meals - either house or from home
• Beds or lambskin blankets
• Flat screen TV’s featuring pet friendly shows
• Extra potty relief
• Bath & brush (if your Pet is a guest for more than 4 nights, a bath and brush
